EPOV
I was in my room waiting for Bella. She was currently in Alice's room and was being tortured as she put it, as Alice played 'Bella Barbie'. I hated to leave her, I can't believe in forty eight hours she would be my wife. Emmett, Jasper, Carlisle and I were going on a two day hunting trip for big game, as I need to be well fed for our honeymoon, mainly the wedding night. It couldn't come fast enough for me, we have come so far in our physical relationship, that I knew we could do this and she will be safe. We have gotten carried a few times and it has taken all of our self-control to stop ourselves.
I could hear Bella and Alice approaching the room. They walked in and Bella took my breath away.
"You look stunning love," I pulled into my arms and kissed her.
"Don't mess up her hair and makeup," Alice yelled." She has to be presentable for her bridal shower."
"Thanks," Bella said in a weak voice.
"The next time I see you Bella you will be walking down the aisle to marry me." I said as I softly kissed her lips.
"I know, don't be late," she giggled. "I'm going to miss you."
I leaned down to kiss her once again and she pulled me close and the kiss deepened. Our tongues met and she moaned. She would be the death of me for sure.
Alice came like a whirlwind back into the room, "Break it up you two. Edward the guys are waiting and Bella, your guests will be arriving soon," she said, giving us the death glare.
I leaned down and kissed Bella one last time. "I will miss you. Please try and have some fun tonight."
BPOV
Everyone was sitting in the great room. Esme and Renee are in deep conversation talking about me no doubt, as well as the wedding. Rose, Kate and Tanya were laughing over something stupid that Emmett did. Alice. Jessica and Angela were discussing fall fashion, I'm sure Alice started that conversation. We were just waiting for my 'wolf girl' friends to show up. This has to be the bizarre bridal shower ever.
Angela spotted me and came over to hug me.
"Bella, you look wonderful? I'm so happy for you Bella, you two are perfect for one another. Just so you know, I never believed the rumor about you being pregnant," Angela whispered in the last part.
"It's ok, I heard the rumor also and it couldn't be farther from the truth," I said half laughing. If she only knew how impossible that really was.
I was so happy to see Rose and Kate were making their way over to me.
"Bella, such a nice party,” Kate said as she lightly hugged me."
"Thanks, it was all Alice." I smiled at her, she seemed really nice.
"I'm sorry Irina wouldn't come," she said in an apologetic voice.
"Really Kate, don't apologize for Irina, she had her reasons,." Tanya snipped and glared at me as she approached us.
"That's enough Tanya." Esme said suddenly by my side appearing out of nowhere. "Mind you manners, in my house," She said in a stern voice.
Tanya huffed and walked away. This is just going to be a nightmare. The door bell rang and Alice went to answer it.
Renee made her way over to me "Baby, you look beautiful," she said. "The Cullen's are all so beautiful, I can't believe the kids are adopted and they all have the same gold colored eyes, even the cousin, you see that often."
"Mom, did you have a good time with Esme and Alice this afternoon?" I said changing the subject as quickly as possible.
"Yes. They are lovely, I can see why you love them so much."
"Bella, the rest of the guests are here," Alice chirped.
I made my way over to them with my mother behind me.
"Bella, it's so good to see you. We miss you coming to the res." Emily said as she hugged me.
"Bella, how have you been?" Kim said, hugging me.
"Great and crazy at the same time, I have missed you both so much." I said looking between them.
"Don't hog Bella girls." Sue said, making her way over to me with Savannah behind her "How are you, Bella?"
"I'm great Sue," I said as I hugged her.
"Savannah, it's nice to see you again. I'm glad you could come." I said, smiling at her. I was so happy that Jake had imprinted.
"Mom, you remember Sue, don't you?' I asked, biting my bottom lip.
"Yes I do," Renee said smiling. "I hear you're dating Charlie," she added.
"Yes, we have started dating,' Sue giggled. "I guess that's what you call it."
Renee laughed with her. I took a deep breath, this may turn out ok after all.
Esme announced that the food was ready and everyone gathered in the dining room for the buffet.
Tanya's POV
We had to pretend to eat, what they did for Bella was over top. I can't believe I have to spend time with the girlfriends of wolves. Is it not enough that she has a coven of vampires at her beck and call, she has a pack of dogs also.
After we pretended to eat, we made our way back to the great room, for Bella to open her gifts. I sat next to Kate and Rose. Alice was running around waiting on Bella's every need, it was just ridiculous. She was just a plain, stupid human.
This was beyond boring, I still can't believe Edward is in love with her and going to marry her. Why? I'm brought out of my thoughts with oohs and ahhhs as she opened her gifts. lotions, lingerie, and some cooking supplies, like she will need cooking supplies.
Esme got up and said, " Now, we have some special gifts for Bella, this is from Carlisle and I. It's your something new," she handed the gift to Bella, who opened it. It was the Cullen Crest on a charm. "We thought you could add it to your charm bracelet. Welcome to the family, Bella. You have made us all so happy," Esme said as he hugged a crying Bella. I couldn't help rolling my eyes.
"Esme, my god, it's beautiful. Thank you." Bella said, wiping her tears away. What a drama queen, it's a charm for god's sake.
I couldn't take much more, so I slipped out of the room quietly.
Renee's POV
Rose approached Bella next. "Here is something borrowed, it was my mom's," she handed the small package to Bella.
"Oh..my..god..Rose." Bella squeaked. "It's beautiful."
Bella had opened a heart shaped diamond and sapphire necklace. It was stunning, it must have been an antique.
Alice came bouncing over, she really had a lot of energy. She handed Bella a small gift bag.
"This is your something blue," Alice said.
Bell reached into the bag and pulled a beautiful lace and sapphire garter.
"Alice, it's beautiful." Bella said sobbing.
"Bella, enough you're ruining your makeup." Alice quipped.
I stood up and walked over to my baby, I knelled in front of her, fighting my tears.
"Baby girl. This is your something old, it was...your grandmother's," I could barely speak.
Bella took the small package and opened it, with tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Mom, it's grandma's white pearl clutch." she barely squeaked the words out.
"I know baby, she would want you to have it. I'm so happy for you."
Bella threw her arms around me. "Mom, thank you." I held her tight.
Bella pulled away and wiped her tears. She stood up and took a deep breath.
"Thank you, Thank you all so much for the gifts and for coming," she said trying to steady her voice.
Alice handed her some Kleenex, and turned to address the room. "Girls... let's have some fun.
